Time After Time

Time has gone past,

Flew by so fast.

Before you could say a word,

Before you could be heard,

Before you could collect a dime,

Years have gone past, time after time.

Time just evaporated into the sky,

Before you could even try.

You think like will last forever.

We all think we are just so clever

Knowing everything about everything

Not wanting to admit

That we don't know much about anything,

But we pretend that we know it.

What I'm trying to report

Is that like is very short.

So hope nobody is going to ban

From living it best you can.

But your clock is still ticking, chime after chime,

So you better live it, time after time.
