Clouds cover the sun
You can smell the water, the rain.
It doesn't stop for anyone.
And now it's raining again.

Can't see through the approaching murk,
Water keeps falling from the sky.
Washing away all of your work,
Never telling you why.

Cloud after cloud,
Lightening and thunder,
Always so loud,
How could you get caught under?

Just when you thought you had finished your project,
That you could be finally free.
When you thought everything was perfect
But that could never be.
*
And now everything has vanished, gone,
That feeling brings back the pain.
And just when I thought I was going so strong
It started raining again.
